Single Row Biscuits Stacked On-Edge Machines (Logipac 51 E) is one of the fastest machines in its class for changing the size of biscuit, cookies, wafer and rusk. It is servo based seal machine for packing biscuit stacked on edge. It is integrated with PLC system installed in touch screen HMI for easy readout of the parameters. Ensuring no wastage of wrapping packs, these machines are designed with an advanced technology to follow no packet- no wrapping. There are two options of dual belt and chain system in these machines for stack control. It is specially engineered and developed for reducing the downtime and increasing the productivity of the industry, and for this a special function is integrated that automatically splice the wrapper as its roll finishes.
