Reampack 51 is packing machine to overwrap reams of A4, FS and A3 size paper. Reams to be packed are directly transferred from sheeting lines discharge conveyor to the servo is driven infeed conveyor of Reampack. Reams get transferred to the ream pusher conveyor in a timed manner to prevent any mechanical interference. The laminated paper wrapper is fed from the opposite side and cut at the registered point and brought directly above the ream by means of vacuum belts. Ream is then plunged vertically into the wrapper to create folds. Rest of the folding of wrapper takes place as the packed is pushed out by means of the mechanical folder and overhead pusher. The seal is formed by means of automatic hot melt application Formed packets are discharged on a full lengthbottom conveyor along with side conveyors.
